Tourism and Hospitality Scholarships, Australia: The International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE) is an Australian government initiative to encourage excellence in tourism and hospitality education.
Scholarships are offered to international students who wish to study tourism and hospitality in Australia at THE-ICE member institutions.
Scholarship applicants can choose from over 60 programs in tourism business management, hotel/resort management, sport/event tourism or ecotourism.
Scholarship grants are offered on the basis of excellence for Masters, Bachelor and Diploma level studies.

The Southern Cross University Masters Scholarship
· 1 Master scholarship available
· Scholarship offers a grant of AU $10,000 for the duration of 1 year program.
The Hotel School Sydney Bachelor Scholarship
· 1 Bachelor scholarship available
· Scholarship offers a grant of AU $10,000 for year 2 of the program
TAFE NSW - Northern Sydney Institute offers international student scholarships to study one of their hospitality, tourism and event management programs. These are:
· Advanced Diploma in Hospitality (Management) (2 Year Program)
· Diploma in Event Management (1 Year Program)
Deadline: Depends on institution and program selected. Scholarships are offered every year.
